What information do we collect and how do we use it?
The information we collect will also be used to help us review, develop and improve the products and services we offer.
In general, you can visit Spiralmanaged™ on the internet without telling us who you are or giving any personal information about yourself. However, when you inquire about, order, evaluate or start using our products or services, register for info alerts or enter a competition, visit us at a show or simply view the Spiralmanaged website, you may be required to provide personal data such as you name, company details and email address or card details for booking reservation. If you forward information to us electronically or as a hard copy, we will collect that information and use it for the purposes for which you have provided it. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
Will Spiralmanaged™ share the information it receives?
We use third parties to carry out certain activities on our behalf. Examples include PR, delivering packages, sending postal mail and providing marketing assistance. These third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We will never sell or pass on your details to third parties that are not under strict covenants to deal with your personal data as we would ourselves, in conjunction with this statement.
How does Spiralmanaged™ protect customer information?
Our company philosophy is to reduce spam and in order to maintain confidentiality we will not pass your details onto any third party companies. Spiralmanaged™ sends emails to customers, partners and prospects for a number of reasons in both plain text and HTML. Emails will only ever be sent from the domain @Spiralmanaged™.com. If you receive an email which claims to have come from Spiralmanaged™ but does not use the domain listed, or if you are suspicious that an email may not be an approved Spiralmanaged™ email communication, then please forward a copy of the email to customerservice@Spiralmanaged.com so we can investigate.
