The client, Sarah, a 28-year-old woman, had been battling compulsive sugar cravings for years, impacting her health and mood. Previous attempts to reduce sugar intake through diets and self-control had failed. Nigel initiated the A.L.I.G.N.© session by explaining how the Autonomic Logic Integration works and address the emotional feeling and physiological triggers underlying her cravings.


Throughout the session, Nigel guided the client to identify the autonomic responses linked to her sugar consumption, particularly those emotional moments of stress or fatigue that drove her to seek sugary relief. Utilizing his behavioual neurologic-reset techniques, he helped her reframe her relationship with sugar, promoting healthier emotional responses to stress and triggers.


By the end of the session, the client expressed a remarkable shift in perspective, describing her cravings as significantly reduced and feeling empowered to make healthier choices. Observing this change, it was clear that she was not only understanding her addiction but also experiencing a newfound sense of control.
