REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Strict Notice of Cancellation Policy, after payment & booking confirmation of Session Time/Date.
No Refunds are given, due to Intake Screening prior to booking sessions.
However we can reschedule sessions paid for if needed due to lateness or unforseen circumstances.
Intake Screening
Initial Consultation phone call and the Pre Session Form details are to accertain that you are ready for therapy and ok to proceed, where you can ask any questions and the therapist, before we go to the next step, booking and paying for any sessions. I never allow clients to book sessions without these vital steps, to make sure clients are ready and at threshhold. This is why private practices like dentists etc, now ask you to pay upfront for treatments.
Once sessions are booked, it costs the therapist time with admin and money to book sessions at any centres and down time between sessions, as we can't always fill that session slot due to lack of time. That's also not taking into account other incured cost such as travel, and centre cancellation fee loss.
We can reschedule sessions and pass them on to others, see Migration of Booked Sessions to Third-Party below again terms apply.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Sessions
We strive to provide a full session within the time and date perameters booked:
However, our ability to do so depends on bookings before and after your slot and the duration of your lateness or cancellation notification time frame. We cannot guarantee seeing you if your lateness or cancellation impedes or affects other client's sessions to a certain degree.
Sometimes I do cater for 30 minutes between sessions to allow for overrun from previous sessions and time to get ready for the next session, however that depends on the centres booked for your session, as not all centres allow for this especially if at busy times of the year and where rooms are used by other therapists/specialists.
Same-Day Cancellations within 24 hrs
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time, or if there is a loss of dead time between sessions where we could have offered your slot to another client, this will incur charges to the therapist and will result in the loss of the total amount paid for the session, as per Cancellation Policy & Cancellation or Rescheduling of Sessions.
The practice may offer a resheduled alternative appointment time if needed.
Multiple cancellations, non-attendance, inability to attend or any lateness may result in our refusal to see you or loss of fees paid, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy Fees below.
Migration of Booked Sessions to Third-Party
At the therapists discression, dependant on the reasons for cancellation or notification, non-attendance of sessions and time duration. Rather than loosing the session full payment, it may be possible to nominate the payed for session/sessions to a family member or third-party. Just ask for details.
Note: If the origional person has paid for a Standard session and other third party recipient needed a more advanced session to cater for Addictions say, then they would only need to pay the differential between the Standard and Addiction or Higher session. Any questions just ask.
Appointments Booked and Paid
Payments via Invoice, Bank Transfer, Card, PayPal, or Cash, if cancelled or rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, may be partially, non-refundable or rescheduled at our discretion once payment is received, dependant on time frame and notification period. This is due to time already spent on initial consultation calls, centre booking in costs, travel, admin and other duties, including center
re-scheduling and any loss between sessions.
Disclaimer: Theraputic Outcome
By undertaking any therapy with us, you accept that therapeutic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Practice fees are payable in consideration of our time, expertise, service, CPD training, and costs incurred from resources used during the session etc. We do not offer refunds. We promise to work towards an outcome and may offer alternative therapeutic approaches if necessary outside of the practice.
We are Holistic Therapists not Medical Practitioners.
Understand that with any therapy, change usually occurs when one is ready and willing to listen and follow simple instruction. We cannot facilitate change for individuals who are not ready or attending sessions due to third-party instruction, without desire to engage or be there. Additional sessions may be needed to address underlying motivations, barriers or primary or secondary gain or self sabotage.

Communication GDPR and DATA
All calls and communications with our practice are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By engaging in any form of communication with us, including but not limited to phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person conversations, you acknowledge and consent to the recording and storage of such communications. These recordings are maintained in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
