The 10 Minute Intitial Consultation Call is to make sure you are ready for therapy, where you can answer any questions and preliminary checks with onboarding before PAYMENT and booking in on the PRE-SESSION-FORM sent after the call.
We operate a strict No-Refund Policy for this reason as all checks are done before payment that you are ready for therapy and satisfied to move forward, obviously you can re-schedule any sessions, no problem if there are unforseen circumstances and can't attend on the day selected within reason, so you don't lose out.
